Help us to run the station

We always need enthusiastic people to help with every aspect of running the radio station - producers, presenters, administration staff, everything. To begin with, we are running RSL's (Restricted Service Licences) but we'll be a full-time station before you know it. Just Starting Out?

Want to get involved in the running of a real radio station? Want to take the first steps towards a rewarding career? Join Radio Lutterworth as a volunteer and get the buzz of real radio.

This is a unique opportunity to get involved in the running of a first RSL (Restricted Service Licence) from the ground up. You'll learn everything about starting a radio station from scratch - valuable experience for anyone wanting to move into radio and broadcasting.

You could be a presenter, live on air, running your own show. You could be interviewing, hosting guests or even making the tea!

It's not just presenters we need though. The station also needs staff to help with phone calls, emails, handling guests, promotion, dealing with the members of community and organisations and a whole list of other jobs.
